A global player in climate solutions is currently heavily impacted by the energy transition moving away from fossil-based heating to electrical solutions (e.g., heat pumps). They have established a global up- & reskilling program in support of their transformative strategy. This program targets employees from engineers to sales managers and service technicians in job-specific learning journeys over a period of 6 months.
